The making of SBS Energy Services

SBS Energy Services specializes in snubbing & coiled tubing services and leads the way with cutting-edge technology. Our operational office is in Gray, Louisiana. Established in 2017, we set out to be the industry leader in snubbing, hydraulic work-over, and coiled tubing applications. First, we started by hiring the most experienced snubbing and coiled tubing personnel.
Furthermore, we hired mechanics and maintenance personnel that have over 45 years of combined experience in the oil & gas industry. Our management team has more than 200 years of combined experience in the oil & gas industry. Together with this expertise, we set the standard for supreme pre-job planning, engineering design, and operational execution. We treat every job with the same model, whether it’s a tubing change out or an extremely complex hydraulic work-over. Our highly experienced team will provide solutions to enhance operational performance, mitigate hazards, and worksite efficiencies.

Our Mission

SBS Energy Services conducts all business with a mindset of performing each job with no harm to people, the environment, or the customer. This commitment is expressed and facilitated through a detailed health, safety, and environmental management system, which is an existing program that is reviewed and revised by our Executive and HS&E staff annually.

We continually strive to provide the best engineering and technology in our equipment. Our quality personnel and the leadership of our management team are what make this company great, and we gladly pass that knowledge on to our customers.

C.H.A.M.P.S.

COMMUNICATING HAZARDS AND MOTIVATING PERSONAL SAFETY

C.H.A.M.P.S. is the acronym used to describe our behavior-based safety program. The acronym is precisely the basis of the program, and we want to communicate hazards to all our crew members because that ensures the protection of personnel, the environment, and will improve our processes with equipment. The C.H.A.M.P.S. program motivates and encourages safety, among everyone on the job site.

C.H.A.M.P.S. is a tool to help us improve our culture, processes, and equipment. Because participating is vital to our growth, it also gives us the opportunities to document observations though out the workday. Hazards arise for every task, and we want to record and learn from them.
